Changes are coming to It’s Me 247 Online Banking login screens and password requirements.

 

Login Screens

There is a minor change being made to the login screen for online banking effective February 5, 2018. When you go to log into your account, you will enter your username and password on the same screen. After clicking the login button, you will be propmpted to enter the answer to your security question before accessing your account.

You will also soon be able to log in to your account directly from VLFCU.org through a widget located in the top right corner of the homepage.

 

Password Requirements

The password requirements are changing for online banking regarding password length. This security enhancement will expand the limit on the length of your online banking password from 10 to 256 characters on March 11, 2018. This change may require you to change your password if you are currently in the habit of typing more than 10 characters for your password. Beginning March 11, those characters will now be counted and your password will be incorrect.

Remember, passwords must be between 6-10 characters now, but some of you are typing extra characters. A password longer than 10 characters entered on or after March 11, 2018 will not be able to access online banking and must be changed.

There is a message currently on online banking letting you know there may be an issue with your password length. If you see this message, and must change your password on March 11, use the "I forgot my password" link in online banking and follow the prompts to create a new password.
