Changes Coming to How You Log Into Online Banking
As part of an upcoming system update and to protect your information, we are making some changes to the online banking username and password requirements on Sunday, May 17th, 2026.

FAQs
What if my username or password doesn’t currently meet the new requirements?
You will be prompted to update your username or password the next time you sign in after May 17th, 2026.
Do I have to follow the new password requirements if I use Face ID, Voice or PIN authentication on the mobile app?
Yes, you will be prompted to update your information to satisfy the new username and password requirements.
