The Stuff the Bus Committee of Erie and Huron Counties is collecting and distributing school supplies for the 2024/2025 school year. It is our goal this fall to assist as many students as possible entering grades K-8 whose families may be financially burdened by the cost of school supplies.

If your child is entering grades K-8 and will be in need of a backpack, please complete the online form here by July 26, 2024. The form must be completed for each separate child. A copy can also be downloaded from the registration page and mailed to VacationLand Federal Credit Union, 2911 Hayes Ave., Sandusky OH  44870; attention Marketing Department.

Backpacks will be filled with the most essential supplies including: pencils, crayons, markers, glue sticks, bottled glue, pocket folders, wide-ruled paper, scissors, pink erasers, rulers, and pencil boxes for grades K-5. Backpacks for students in grades 6-8 will be filled with pencils, pens, colored pencils, markers, highlighters, folders, glue sticks, loose-leaf paper, spiral notebook or composition book, scissors, and one 3-ring binder.

Additional supplies will remain the responsibility of the parent/guardian. The Stuff the Bus Committee will do all that we can to fulfill as many requests as possible.

Backpacks will be distributed by your student’s local school. You will be notified of the details before the start of the school year.
