Changes Coming to How You Log Into Online Banking

As part of an upcoming system update and to protect your information, we are making some changes to the online banking username and password requirements on Sunday, May 17th, 2026.

FAQs

What if my username or password doesn’t currently meet the new requirements?
You will be prompted to update your username or password the next time you sign in after May 17th, 2026.

Do I have to follow the new password requirements if I use Face ID, Voice or PIN authentication on the mobile app?
Yes, you will be prompted to update your information to satisfy the new username and password requirements.

Why did this change?
Your financial security, including your security access to your accounts online, is extremely important to us. At VLFCU, we are committed to putting your best interests first and taking every step to protect your money. This update strengthens those protections, helping prevent unauthorized access and making it harder for scammers to reach your accounts.
