Stuff the Bus Erie & Huron County
Greetings from the Stuff the Bus Erie & Huron Counties Committee! Each year we partner with local businesses, organizations, and community members to provide new backpacks and school supplies for local student in grades K-8. In addition to all school districts in Erie County, we also partner with the following Huron County school districts: Monroeville, New London, South Central, Willard, St. Francis Xavier, and new this year, Bellevue!
Last year we stuffed a record of 850 backpacks, and we are certain we will exceed that number this year. The success of this program is possible through the generous donations we receive each year from community partners like you!
There are three ways you can help!
Encourage your employees to collect and donate school supplies.
You can collect various items or you can agree to fill non-gender backpacks with requested supplies.
Conduct a school supply drive at your business
Encourage your customers and employees to get involved!
Make a monetary donation.
Every dollar helps buy school supplies for families in need!
2026 Drop Off Locations Coming Soon
Monetary donations are accepted at all VLFCU branches. Checks should be made payable to the Sandusky Bay Kiwanis Community Service Corporation. Cash also accepted.
We will be collecting donations through August 3, 2026. You can download a copy of our community partnership form here and a shopping list of needed items here.
