They are specifically referring to your debit card, but please remember that we will not call you about your debit or credit card. If there is fraudulent activity on any of your Visa or MasterCard accounts, we notify you by mail! Do not provide ANY information to these callers or call them back! As long as you do not, your account is not jeopardized. If you have any questions, please call us at 419-625-9025, option 4 for the card department. We just ask for your patience as we are dealing with an exceptionally high call volume.
